Max image width?
Hi - posted an image today that was dynamically resized to fit into the current layout (see http://alasdairgf.blog.co.uk). Fair enough, too, or you could get all sorts of foolishness going on.
My question is: if I want to avoid this dynamic resizing, what's the max width, in pixels, of the centre column, or at least the max width of images I should use? I mostly fiddle with my own images, so resizing in a graphics package is no hardship.
Resizing the screen reveals that the column seems to be fixed-width, but the CSS code is so convoluted and advanced that I can't really get my head round it!
A secondary question just occured to me: the calendar used as a post tracker seems to be slightly out of kilter with the rest of the styling - are you guys aware of this? Just pointing it out, it's nothing too desperate.

Anything too big will OFFSET your table layout...
you can go to w 333 X h 600
but the regular is w 330 px
also if you use big photos it will be very hard to upload the page - some people don't use high speed server - please don't discriminate on people with low speed servers... ![]()
