Gettting rid of porn links?

Some wonderful human being pasted porn links in my blog, here.

Is there any way I can get rid of these?

Yes, me too, I have had dozens in the last couple of days. They all seem to come from the same ISP. Is it possible to have a system which blocks this particular ISP?
