media saving as private

My post is public but my uploaded files are saving as private and I cant post them! Frustrating- what can I do??

while uploading you have to choose the publication status of a picture, later you can change that by clicking the little traffic sign

OK I get it. I'm on a mac and my browser obviously doesnt support the traffic light buttons. I guess this is the end of the road for me and my blog.

There is another method to change the publication status. Click on Title/Description and there are "normal" radio-Buttons to choose the status.

What exactly happens when you click on the traffic light button? Is there an error?
