Displaying birthdays on the front page is a breach of personal privacy to which I strongly object. Please do not include my birth-date in this feature - if you do I shall consider taking legal action.

I agree that this is inappropriate and should only be done as option if wanted.

So long as the option belongs to the person with the birthday, not just a user choice for the layout of their "My blog.co.uk" page.
