Can't Login

I got a new laptop and cannot login from it at all.
I requested a new password, but even that doesn't work.
Help!!

What happens when you try to log in? Do you receive error messages? Have you tried on a different browser/computer?
Did you receive the new password via email? If not, have you checked in your spam folder for it?

Nothing at all happens. The login screen disappears and the word "Login" still appears in the top right corner. No error messages.
I can login from my desktop computer, not my laptop. I'll check from yet another computer.
I did receive the new password and have been using it successfully from my desktop. It just doesn't work from the laptop.

Do you only have this problem with BCUK?
It sounds like the settings on your laptop are to blame, but if you PM me your IP I can check to make sure it's not blocked.

I only have this problem with BCUK so far. I just got the laptop recently.
I changed the security setting when accessing this site, and it still hasn't worked.
I sent you a PM with the data you requested, though I think I added a little too much info at the end there. Sorry, not very computer literate. At all.
