Can't use the new editor

For 3 days now I've been trying to use the New Editor feature on my blog as I always do but it just won't open. What's happening?

There is no reason why it shouldn't be working, at least on our end.

Please try on a different/updated browser/computer and it should be ok.

I've tried it on another computer and it still doesn't open. Everything else seems to be working fine. Any other suggestions? I like to keep my blog updated and haven't been able to because I can't use the new editor.

What exactly happens?

Did you get any error messages?

What browser version(s) does this error occur on?

Could you send a screenshot of what happens when you try to use the new editor to support@blog.co.uk?
