Credit card payment for pro
I seem to have been transferred onto the monthly credit card payments when my subscription renewed.
How do I change this to paying once a year? And I also need to use a different card as I am cancelling the one you have on file.

According to our records, you changed to a monthly subscription after your yearly one got cancelled due to a card error last October.
If you wish to use a different card, simply cancel your current payments, wait for your Pro account to expire and then sign up again with your new card.
Let me know if you want to do this, I can cancel the payments for you.
yes please, i didn't realise at the time there was a choice.
i think the old card expired.

OK, done.
Your payments have been cancelled and your current Pro account will expire on 2009-07-18.
Then you can simply sign up again in the normal way for a yearly account.
With "standard" the customer has to have a PayPal account created, and a credit card attached to their account in order to pay via credit card. With "pro" PayPal acts as a credit card gateway so any customer, including customers without a PayPal account, can enter their credit card on your site. PayPal will then charge the customer's card and give you the money.
