Text off to the left, can't get it centered...

I have used the HTML feature and am still quite a n00b, sorry if this is basic.
I can't get my blog to be in the center. I have tried so many different things, and still no avail, its still slightly off to the left. Anyone with experience have the answer?

leaning to the left? Frankir say's relax, don't do it.
