email problems

Hi can anyone help? I am having problems accessing my emails it keeps saying there is an error I dont know how to put this right any experts out there with advice please..

Good glad it's sorted......error messages, words and numbers, usually mean something to those in the know, very often the software designers and the providers.

I changed my e-mail provider/e-mail address and now I cannot get my password reset because they are sending my request to the old address. Whan can I do? I have e-mailed them but get no answer.

Hi I am sorry I dont have a clue try asking Rampage about this (he answered my problem) otherwise we have a ask/answer on this site where people might be able to help good luck
